  • The trials with coriander growing within a long time period were carried–out at the four sites of different soil-climatic conditions. During these experiments the site, N-fertilization, sowing rate and year effect on seed and straw yield and other innertigeted indicators (TSW, number of umbels, crop length) was monitored. The oil content and proportion of individual fatty acids in seeds as well as nutritions content in crops were determined. Average yields of complex biomass were similar at all sites, only ratio of seed and straw was different. The highest seed yield of 2.569 t/ha was reached in the warmest region. The seed average yield of all sites was 1.645 t/ha. Average straw yield of all variants was 2.365 t/ha.   • V polních pokusech na čtyřech stanovištích s různými půdně-klimatickými podmínkami byly v průběhu let provedeny pokusy s pěstováním koriandru. Byl sledován vliv stanoviště, hnojení N, výsevku a ročníku na výnos semene a slámy a další sledované ukazatele (HTS, počet okolíků, délku rostlin). Stanovení obsahu oleje a zastoupení jednotlivých mastných kyselin v semenech a obsahu živin v rostlinách množství odebraných živin. Průměrné výnosy celkové biomasy byly na všech stanicích podobné, lišil se jen poměr semene a slámy. Nejvyšší výnosy semene 2,569 t/ha byly dosaženy v nejteplejší oblasti. Průměrné výnosy semene ze všech stanovišť činili 1,645 t/ha. Průměrné výnosy slámy ze všech variant činili 2,365 t/ha. Olejnatost koriandru činila 12,7 %, v jednotlivém zastoupení mastných kyselin převažovala kyselina petroselová s 66,6 % na druhém místě kyselina linolová s 12,9 %.
