  • Expression and enzyme activity of %22Dipeptidyl peptidase-IV activity and/or structure homologues%22 (DASH) in human gliomas. Biochemical, histochemical, immunochemical and molecular biology techniques will be used. Project shold confirm hypotheized role of the new group of molecules in human glioma pathogenesis, to assess possible exploitation of DASH molecules for refining of histopathological diagnostics and their value as a disease prognosis indicators.   • Biochemickými, histochemickými, imunochemickými a molekulárně biologickými přístupy bude studována exprese a enzymová aktivita %22Dipeptidylpeptidase IV strukturou a/nebo aktivitou homologních%22 (DASH) molekul v tkáních gliálních tumorů. Studie má ověřit hypotesu o významu nové skupiny molekul ve vzniku a rozvoji lidských gliomů a posoudit využitelnost DASH molekul pro upřesnění histopatologické diagnostiky a odhad prognosy tohoto onemocnění.
