  • Cílem bude odhalit podmínky rozvíjení autoregulace učení, připravit a empiricky ověřit návrh využití zjištěných poznatků při profesní přípravě pracovníků vybraných pomáhajících profesí. (cs)
  • "This project is oriented on the field of the self-regulated learning for students in the so-called ""auxiliary services professions"" (i.e. pedagogical, social services, and health care provision services) within the overall context of their professional development at FHS, TBU in Zlín. The subject of our interest however, is not limited only to the cognitive processes, but also takes the non-cognitive aspects (e.g. meta-cognitive, motivational determinants, and the processes of learning and observing themselves) which play significant roles in the learning management process itself into consideration. This project presupposes that the development of the self-regulated learning is not only an essential (pre)condition for their effective preparation (i.e. education) for their future careers - but equally, also a tool for increasing the professionalism and further professional development of a person, which is reflected in the quality of their performance in their career and especially in professions whose substantive content is working with people and taking care of them."
