Description	The objective of the research will cover a wide range of issues. Particulary those relating to the accession of the Czech Republic to the EU will be dealt with in this research contex. The outcomes will concern both the basic legal concepts and their de velopement under the influence of European Law and the concrete legislation from the standpoint of its harmonisation with European Law. Tje aim will be to provide the legislature with documentary materials which would enable the legislative work to be consistent with the European rules as well as to reflect the real conditions of social relationships in our country. The outcomes will be implemented by means of the participations of the researchers in the relevant working teams. (en) Výzkumný záměr se týká širokého spektra problémů. V jeho rámci budou řešeny především ty, které jsou spojeny se vstupem České republiky do EU. Výstupy se budou týkat jak základních právních pojmů a jejich vývoje pod vlivem evropského práva, tak i konkrétních právních úprav z hlediska jejich harmonizace s evropským právem. Cílem je poskytnout legislativním orgánům podklady, které by umožnily normotvorbu souladnou s evropskými pravidly a současně vystihující reálný stav společenských vztahů u nás. Výstupyse budou realizovat též účastí řešitelů v příslušných pracovních týmech.
