Description	The laboratory will combine the functional and morphological approach to studies of molecular mechanisms of developmental, adaptive and reparative processes. The expression of genes for growth factors and receptors of angiogenesis and haematopoiesis will be studied. The laboratory will have two specialised and complementary parts and will fully employ six young scientific trainees and partly four faculty members. Undergraduate and postgraduate students will participate in the research. It is expected that new information will be obtained about realisation of the genetic programme during development and tissue regeneration, and about the role of hypoxia in gene expression. (en) Laboratoř spojí funkční a morfologický přístup studia molekulárních mechanismů vývojových a adaptačně reparačních pochodů. Bude studována exprese genů růstových faktorů angiogeneze a hematopoezy a jejich receptorů. Laboratoř bude mít dvě specializované dplňující se části a bude plně zaměstnávat 6 mladých vědeckých pracovníků a částečným úvazkem 4 učitele fakulty. Účastní se ho i pre- a postgraduální studenti. Od projektu očekáváme nové poznatky o realizaci genetického programu během vývoje a při regeneraci tkání, a o úloze hypoxie při genové expresi růstových faktorů angiogeneze a hematopoezy.
