Description	Cílem projektu je vytvoření metodického postupu umožňující jednotný přístup k hodnocení a monitoringu navrhovaných a realizovaných investičních projektů provozovatelů nakládajicích s nebezpečnými chemickými látkami. Je žádoucí, aby postupy prevence havárií a redukce rizika směřovaly především přímo ke zdrojům rizik, ted zařízením a procesům, kde se nebezpečné chemické látky vyskytují a představovaly tak cestu k inerentně bezpečnějším technologiím. Jako podpora tohoto medotického postupu bude v rámci řešení projektu navrhnout software na doplnění informačního systému MAPIS o modul FTA a ETA, který bude sloužit k provedení kvantitativní analýzy a rizika. Tímto bude dosaženo jednotného komplexního přístupu k řešení problematiky stejným způsobem v celé ČR, bude docházet k vzájemnému porovnávaní rizikovosti různých řešení navrhovaných v posuzovaných projektech a prosazování moderního přístupu směřujícího k vyšší inheretní bezpečnosti nově budovanch či rekonstuovaných zařízení. The project aims to develop a uniform approach and methodological procedure for assessment and monitoring of planned and established capital investment projects involving hazardous substances. If accidents prevention practices and risk minimisation procedures should lead to inherently safe technologies, they need to be aimed directly at the source of the risk, i.e. the facilities and process units. A software tool to support the methodological procedure will be delepoed as a part of the project. The software will supplement the MAPIS information system with a FTA and ETA module for a quantitative risk analysis. The outcome of the project will by a comprehensive uniform approach applicable across the whole county. This will aloow risk level comparison of various control measures considered in the assessed projects and promote modern approach leading to inherent safety of newly constructed facilities. (en)
