- 1. Stanovit optimální množství přídavku fytáz do krmných směsí pro slepice s různým obsahem celkového a fytátového fosforu. Tím snížit náklady na anorganický fosfor i fytázy. Najít vztahy mezi fosforem, fytázou a vápníkem podávaných v krmné směsi v souvislosti s užitkovostí a bezpečností produkce konzumních vajec. Zjistit zda fytáza mění mikrobiální prostředí trávicího traktu. 2. Nahradit syntetický kantaxanthin (EFSA řadí k potenciálně nebezpečným látkám pro člověka) přirozenými zdroji karotenoidů. 3. Zjistit mikrobiální kontaminaci vajec z různých systémů ustájení a penetraci mikroorganismů do vejce.
