Description
  • The main goal of the research at Brno University of Technology will be the investigation of methods for consolidation, shaping, and high-temperature treatment of bulk ceramic nanomaterials of required morphology, chemical and phase composition of grains and grain boundaries, and with a minimum content of pores and defects (dislocations, precipitates, intergranular phases, and structurally and chemically non-stable regions). The research will lead to understanding all the three steps of preparation (consolidation, shaping, and sintering) of bulk ceramics and to development of %22new%22 electroceramic materials with unique properties.   • Cílem projektu je rozšíření projektu OC102 (1/2006 – 6/2009) v případě, že akce COST 539 bude prodloužena o 6 měsíců (do 12/2009). Navrhovaný projekt umožní rozšíření experimentů přípravy nových elektrokeramik a jejich dvoustupňového slinování.

  • Bylo prokázáno, že volba slinovacího cyklu má významný vliv na velikost zrn slinutého kubického ZrO2. Byly připraveny hutné a fázově čisté EuTiO3 a LSFT keramiky vhodné pro studium elektrických a transportních vlastností. Výsledky byly publikovány v 5 vědeckých článcích. (cs)
  • It was shown that the choice of appropriate sintering profile can decrease the grain size of cubic zirconia. The were prepared dense and phase pure EuTiO3 and LSFT ceramics which were suitable for study of electric and transport properties. The results were published in 5 scientific papers. (en)
