Description	In part one,we would like to test the suitability of spectrophotometric determination of stable metabolites of NO in urine (U-NO2/NO3) in patients after cadaveric kidney Tx with a normal post-Tx course and with comlications (CyA toxicity and rejection). In part two,we would like to show in experiment,the beneficial effect of oral L-arginine in CyA toxicity also in a rat model of the ischemic kidney simulating the state after Tx. And this even if initiating therapy with L-arginine after an interval following the onset of CyA toxicity.
