  • This project is concentrated on adaptation, verification and establishment of a oilseed rape phoma stem rot and stem cancer (Leptosphaeria maculans) prognosis system for needs of agricultural specialists and farmers. Another aim is adaptation of a PCR method for determination of causal agents of stem rot - Leptosphaeria maculans and L. biglobosa and evaluating their occurrence and importance in Czech Republic. The project will also bring new knowledge about biology of both pathogens in Czech Republic. All data and information obtained will be processed and transmitted to specialists and farmers to enable them not to treat oilseed rape summarily but based on verified data on concrete conditions of L. maculans occurrence and infection.   • Hlavním cílem je adaptace a optimalizace systému prognózy L. maculans v podmínkách ČR a jeho uvedení do integrovaných systémů ochrany řepky. Dalším cílem je objasnění zastoupení agresivní a neagresivní formy patogena a stanovení jejich škodlivosti. (cs)
