| Description
| - The aim of the project consists in development of suitable technologies of preparation of different modification of active dressings, sponges and surgery sewing materials using biologically active polysaccharides. Certain polysaccharides with pronounced biological effects, first of all at healing of all sorts of wounds and lesions, simultaneously prove physicochemical properties similar to cellulose, a principal component of cotton cloths. Thus, the possibility presents itself to connect both qualities of these polysaccharides and on their basis produce membranes, threads, sponges or cloths, applicable at treatment and curing of wounds - mechanical, heat, chemical, actinic, pathologic or surgical ones, where they will act as classical dressing and surgical materials, but simultaneously promote healing. - Vývoj materiálů na bázi ß-glukanů a chitosanu, polysacharidů s významnými biologickými vlastnostmi - mimo jiné s příznivým účinkem na hojení tkání - v prakticky aplikovatelných formách. Budou analyzovány chemické a fyzikální vlastnosti připravených materiálů, a také jejich biologické účinky. (cs)
