Description	The reconstruction and transplantation of the hyaline joint cartilage of the knee after their injury or chronical damage belongs to increasingly frequent methods in the knee joint surgery. The project solves the improvement of the surgical technique using miniinvasive and arthroscopic approach. The proposal suggest the development of the operation set, performing test of the surgical technique, the construction of the prototype and performing the series of clinical tests. The production of the complete instrumentation operation set will be the result. Authors emphasize the maximal easy function and safety of the surgical technique. (en) Rekonstrukce a transplantace hyalinní chrupavky kolena při jejich úrazovém a degenerativním poškození patří ke stále častěji používaným metodám v operativě kolenního kloubu. Projekt řeší zlepšení operační techniky transplantace s použitím miniinvazivní a endoskopické techniky. Návrh projektu předpokládá vývoj operačního instrumentária, provedení testů operační techniky, konstrukci prototypu a provedení série klinických testů. výsledkem je produkce komletního operačního instrumentária. autoři kladou důraz na maximální funkční jednoduchost a bezpečnost operační techniky
