Description	Pacienti podstupující náročnou neurochirurgickou operaci (aneuryzma, AVM, tumory baze) jsou ohroženi mozkovou ischemií. Peroperační multimodální monitoring pomocí jugulární oxymetrie, tkáňové oxymetrie a přímé mikrodopplerometrie dokáže zachytit epizody peroperační ischemie. Peroperačně aplikovaná hypotermie by měla ochránit mozkovou tkáň před ireverzibilní mozkovou ischemií. (cs) During difficult operations of brain aneurysms and many kinds of tumors the patients are threatened by ischemic brain damage. Perioperative multimodal monitoring using jugular bulb oxymetry, laser Doppler flowmetry and direct microdopplerometry is able to note the episodes of perioperative ischemia. Perioperatively applied hypothermia should protect the brain tissue from irreversible brain ischemia. (en)
