| - The proposals of projects will be in principle evaluated in the way conventional in grant agencies, i.e. based on %22peer review%22. However, the evaluation criteria are of more complex character. The projects will be evaluated according to the way they meet the entire mission of the Program, what is their expected contribution, whether making use of the results is realistic within the mean time horizon, and what are the applicants' qualifications leading to successfull solution from the viewpoint of their professional, realization as well as economic expectancy further to their research and development activities so far. Not only the scientific quality of the project along with the professional standard of the applicant and his team will be stressed but also, and especially, its realizability and contribution to society. Thus, the opinion of potential users will be of great importance. (en)
- Návrhy projektů budou v zásadě hodnoceny způsobem obvyklým v grantových agenturách a to na základě %22peer review%22. Kritéria hodnocení mají však komplexnější charakter. Projekty budou hodnoceny podle toho, jak naplňují poslání Programu, jaký je jejich očekávaný přínos, jak reálné je uplatnění výsledků ve střednědobém horizontu a jaké mají navrhovatelé předpoklady k úspěšnému řešení z hlediska odborných, realizačních a ekonomických možností v návaznosti na jejich dosavadní výzkumnou a vývojovou činnost. Důraz bude kladen nejen na vědeckou kvalitu projektu a odbornou úroveň navrhovatele a jeho týmu, ale zejména na jeho uskutečnitelnost a přínos pro společnost. Významné bude v tomto smyslu vyjádření potenciálních uživatelů. (cs)

| - Přihlášku do soutěže o projekt může podat každá fyzická osoba (s týmem spolupracovníků) s trvalým pobytem a pracovištěm v ČR. Návrh projektu musí splňovat stanovená kritéria, navrhovatel musí v přihlášce doložit odborné předpoklady (své i řešitelského týmu) pro splnění cílů projektu a podmínky pracoviště pro jeho realizaci. Přihláška může být odmítnuta pokud nevyhoví předepsaným kritériím jak po věcné, tak po formální stránce. (cs)
- The application may be submitted by any physical entity (with a team of co-workers) with the place of permanent residence as well as the work-place in the Czech Republic. The project proposal must meet the stipulated criteria the applicant must document professional qualifications of himself (as well as of his team) enabling him to meet the aims of the project along with the conditions of his institution to realize it. The application can be rejected unless it meets the stipulated criteria, either in subject or in form. (en)
