Description
  • Aim of this project is study of toughness and creep properties of polymers reinforced by nanoparticles. Project is mainly focused to determination of suitable material properties, which describes influence of interaction nanoparticle – matrix to mechanical durability of nanocomposites. Basis for evaluation will be results of long-time creep test (tension and 3-point bend), notched impact tests and puncture impact behaviour on puncture impact machine. Obtained data will analyse to relation of nanoparticle parameters, type of matrix, nanocomposite microstructure and adhesion between nanoparticle – matrix. Research will realise on different nanoparticles (material, structure, dimension) and different, chiefly thermoplastic matrix. (en)

  • Měření rázových vlastností při víceosém namáhání prokázalo, že přídavek nanočástic Inemodifikovaného (Socal 31) i modifikovaného CaC03 (Socal M) a halloysitových nanotrubiček (HNT) nemá výrazný vliv na odezvu zkoumaných PP a PA nanokompozitů. Experimenty při různých teplotách |bylo zjištěno, že přídavek Socalu M a HNT zvyšuje creepovou odolnost při trojbodovém ohybu materiálů s PPh matricí. (cs)
  • Measurement of multiaxial impact strength properties proved, that addition of unmodified (Socal 31) and modified CaC03 (Socal M) as well as halloysite nanotubes doesn't have distinct influence on response of studied PP and PA nanocomposites. Experiments at different temperatures showed, that laddition of Socal M and HNT increases three-point bending creep resistance of materials with PPh matrix (en)
