The aim of the project is to get an information whether a model fibrate (fenofibrate) is able to influence significantly the expression and activity of rat liver microsomal cytochrome P450 CYP2C11 and whether this change is also reflected in elevated plasma levels of another concomitantly administered drug (diclofenac) metabolized by the same enzyme. The result may be important for evaluation of drug interactions of fibrates. (en)
Cílem je získat informaci, zda modelový fibrát (fenofibrát) významně ovlivní u potkana expresi jednoho z cytochromů P450 (CYP2C11) a zda je toto ovlivnění významné pro hladiny současně podávaného jiného modelového léčiva (diklofenaku).
