Description	On the base of the prospective randomized study we want to evaluate the contribution of fluorescence cystoscopy with 5-aminolevulinic acid to the diagnosis and treatment of the superficial bladder cancer. Patients with the superficial bladder cancer will be ransomized into 2 groups. In group A the transurethral resection will be performed with both conventional and fluorescence visualisation, in group B only with conventional visualisation. Racurrence rate, progression rate, recurrence free survival and progression-free survival in both groups will be avaluated. The role of fluorescence cystoscopy in results monitoring of intravesical BCG immunotherapy, respectively the ability to distinguish between inflammatory changes and areas of Tis or dyspalsia will be avaluated. (en) Na podkladě prospektivní randomizované studie chceme posoudit přínos fluorescenční cystoskopie v léčbě povrchových nádorů močového měchýře. Pacienti s povrchovými nádory močového měchýře budou náhodně rozděleni do dvou skupin, v skupině A bude provedena transuretrální resekce při konvenční i fluorescenční cystoskopii, ve skupině B pouze při konvenční cystoskopii. Hodnocena bude četnost recidiv, progresí, respektivě délka přežití bez recidivy a progrese v obou skupinách. Hodnocen bude i přínos fluorescenční cstoskopie při monitorování výsledků léčby BCG vakcínou, respektivě její schopnost rozlišit iritační změny od ložisek TIS nebo dysplasií.
