Description
  • The first part of the project concerns asymptotic goodness-of-fit tests for a Boolean model. The second part concerns the tests in a nonstationary marked point processes. The Boolean model is a basic model of a random set. Individual particles (geometrical shapes) are distributed independently in this model. Furthermore, there exists other models where individual particles influence each other. It is important to know if the data fits the Boolean model, in other words, if the particles are distributed completely randomly. The aim of the first part is to construct a new asymptotic test based on the estimates of the intrinsic volumes of the parallel sets. The second part is concentrated on a marked point process, where the random mark is dependent on the position of the point. The aim of the second part is to construct a test about the family of the distributions which describes the random mark and to construct a test about the shape of the mean mark function. (en)
  • První část projektu se zabývá asymptotickým testem dobré shody pro Booleův model. Druhá část se zabývá testy v nestacionárních značkových bodových procesech. Booleův model je základním modelem náhodné množiny. Jednotlivé částice (geometrické tvary) jsou v tomto modelu rozmístěny na sobě nezávisle. Dále existuje řada modelů, v nichž se jednotlivé částice vzájemně ovlivňují. V praxi je důležité rozpoznat, zda data mohou být popsána Booleovým modelem, neboli zda jsou částice rozmístěné na sobě nezávisle, nebo zda se vzájemně ovlivňují. Cílem první části projektu je vytvořit nový test, který bude založen na odhadu vnitřních objemů paralelních množin. Druhá část je zaměřena na značkové bodové procesy, u nichž je náhodná značka závislá na umístění bodu, k němuž je přiřazena. Cílem druhé části projektu je zkonstruovat test o typu rozdělení, které popisuje náhodnou značku a také zkonstruovat test o tvaru prostorové funkce, která popisuje střední hodnotu značek.
