Description
  • The doctoral project will provide methodological discussions on theoretical questions of the European historical science of the early modern period. The discussions will take place at the Institute of History of the Faculty of Philosophy of USB, which has an authorization for the doctoral study programme in the Czech history. Students of the programme (and in the latter period of the project also prospective students), whose doctoral thesis are based on sociological, structural and historical-anthropological approaches, will be involved in the project. The project will be led by two professors (one from the Institute of History of the Faculty of Philosophy of the USB, the other from the Institute of History of the Czech Academy of Science), a docent and two junior researchers. The personal composition of the project management ensures interinstitutional, intergeneration and interdisciplinary continuity. The project proposal follows a previous doctoral project The Society of the Early Modern Period and on a theoretical level is tied together with a research project the applicant's Institute. (en)
  • Cílem projektu je zkvalitnit vědeckou přípravu doktorantů a umožnit jim kontinuální přechod do vědecké komunity oboru. K tomu budou sloužit zejména pravidelná doktorská kolokvia, přednášky předních odborníků, domácí a zahraniční studijní pobyty doktorandů a podpora jejich účasti na konferencích.
