Description
  • We will aim to the study of coping strategies asserting in stressful life situations, our attention we want to concentrate especially on emotion-oriented coping. Coping is structured to several components and we will explore it at situation-specific level (in concrete situations) and also more generally, as dispositional characteristic. It is supposed, that emotional intelligence can positively influence the coping with stress and it leads to more adequate choices of coping routines. However, in empirical research these questions were investigated only in a little amount. We want to concentrate to these problems and we will inquire them in developmental perspective, from adolescence to adulthood. Therefore, the research will be carried out in some samples: a) sample of adolescents (comparison between persons with health handicap and persons without health handicap), b) sample of emerging adults (university students), c) sample of adults (from health service - physicians, nurses).   • Cílem projektu je zjistit, do jaké míry souvisí emoční inteligence se zvládáním zátěže. Copingové strategie budou zjišťovány s důrazem na emočně orientované postupy. Soustředíme se na komparaci přístupů k studiu emoční inteligence. Zaměříme se na vývojové aspekty vztahů emoční inteligencí a copingu.
