Description
  • The project follows up the research of Bohemical sources and the applicant´s thesis %22Period Copies of Mozart's Operas in the Music Collection of the Premonstratensian monastery in Prague at Strahov%22. (Several chapters were published in Mozart-Jahrbuch and Mozart Studien). The careful scrutiny of so-far unknown group of Mozart's works in the mentioned collection was followed - thanks also to DAAD scholarship (2002 Berlin) and Ernst Mach-Stipendium (2003 Salzburg) - by comparisons of other Bohemian and foreign period copies and autographs. Thanks to her knowledge of many objectively provable parameters of the Prague copyists´ handwritings the applicant managed to find in Czech and foreign archives a substantial number further up to now unexplored Mozart's period copies of Bohemian provenance. They should be thoroughly examined and compared now. The output of the project will be the monograph on the significance of Prague in the early spread of Mozart's works in the form of copies. (en)
  • Formou dílčích studií a shrnující monografie objasnit mozartovským výzkumem dosud nedoceňovaný význam Prahy pro rané šíření Mozartova díla opisy partitur, distribuovanými i do ciziny. Monografie přinese popis, evidenci a zhodnocení této kulturně významné produkce v rámci středoevropského prostoru.
