Description
  • The project is aimed at a complex work analysing the current procedural law regulation of family law relationships. Family law relationships represent relatively independent type of social relationships, which are, when compared to other social relationships regulated by law, characterised by certain particularities. These particularities have to be reflected in the procedural law regulation as well. The conception of their current legal regulation is however very confusing, actually consist in regulation of exemptions from concrete procedural rules only. Simultaneously there is no complex skilled publication concerning the application of procedural law in the family law matters, which could help with the orientation in the legal regulation. The aim of the project is therefore to elaborate a complex expert monograph, which shall contain a systematic analyse of procedural law regulation in the family law matters and which could subsequently represent a source of information for the future re-codification of the Czech civil procedural law.   • Cílem předkládaného grantového projektu je realizace komplexního výzkumu aktuální procesněprávní regulace vztahů vyplývajících z práva rodinného a zpracování jeho výsledků do ucelené vědecké monografie o rozsahu 400 stran.
