  • Centrální myšlenkou tohoto projektu je získání zvoleného spektra informací k vyjádření relativně objektivního hodnocení úrovně fertility kanců, ověření jejich vztahu k fertilitě kance experimentální inseminací a formulace výsledků tohoto výzkumu pro využití v praxi. Originalita této myšlenky spočívá v tom, že takto formulovaný projekt nebyl dosud řešen a umožňuje přistoupit k inovaci technologických postupů v praxi. Zajímavou oblastí u prasat je dosud hypoteticky vysvětlovaný efekt heterospermie . Mimo využití k produkci jatečného materiálu se nabízí možnost výzkumu dominantní paternity , jako metodické možnosti s využitím ve šlechtění, v řízené heterospermii, pro stanovení relativní fertility kanců a v řízení reprodukce biologickou cestou v podmínkách inseminace. Rozvoj molekulární genetiky u prasat naznačuje možnosti, kterých lze využít k predikci reprodukční výkonnosti zvířat tohoto hlediska je například zajímavý ESR a RYR gen s asociací alel tohoto genu s ukazateli reprodukce.   • The main idea of the project is to get information to express relatively objective evaluation of the boars fertility level, to test their relation to the boar fertility by means of experimental insemination and to formulate the results of this study for utilization in the area of science and practice. The originality of the idea is in the fact that such a project has not been conducted yet and it enables the inovative technological methods to come into practice. The interesting area in pigs is still the hypothetically explained effect of heterospermy. Besides the production of slaughter pigs there is a possibility of a dominant paternity research as a methodic tool for the utilization in breeding programs, in control of heterospermic insemination, in the ability to assess the relative fertility of boars and to control the reproduction performance by biological way in artificial insemination. Substantial emphasis will be placed on molecular genetic development in pigs that offers early possibilities (en)
