  • Cílem projektu je ověření afinity mezidruhového křížence Ceropadus k vybraným odrůdám třešní z hlediska jeho využití jako podnože pro třešně.Genotypy druhu Ceropadus křížené s odrůdami třešní daly velmi variabilní potomstvo vyznačující se u některých jedinců vysokou odolností vůči houbě Blumeriella jaapii, mrazovému poškození dřeva, odolností vůči aplikaci herbicidům ve školce, slabším růstem .   • The aim of the project is a verification of graft compatibility of preselected clones from the interspecific crosses with standard sweet cherry cultivars (Karesova, Burlat, Vanda, Techlovan and Kordia) and testing some their other properties which would qualify them as new rootstocks for cherry. Genotypes of the species crosses with cherry cultivars created very variable offspring being distinguished by segregation of individuals with high resistance to fungal pathogen Blumeriella jaapii, with resistance to soil herbicides, with winter hardiness and even with some weaker growth vigour. At the same time propagation abilities of the clones will be investigated and tested. (en)
