  • Na vepřích s ileo-caecálním můstkem mezi živou hmotností 35-85 kg bude stanovena zdánlivá a skutečná stravitelnost aminokyselin u kompletních krmných směsí sestavených z krmiv o známé skutečné stravitelnosti aminokyselin. Z údajů nejméně u osmi variant krmných směsí bude stanovena aditivita koeficientů stravitelnosti jednotlivých krmiv a stanoveny koeficienty pro převod potřeby celkových aminokyselin na potřebu skutečně stravitelných aminokyselin pro prasata. Výsledky budou ověřeny v bilančních a skupinových pokusech na rostoucích prasatech. Budou vypracovány podklady pro novelizaci norem Potřeba živin a výživná hodnota krmiv pro prasata. Optimální přívod skutečně stravitelných aminokyselin v krmné dávce zlepší konverzi proteinu a sníží exkreci dusíku. (cs)
  • "The apparent and true digestibility of amino acids from full feed mixtures based on components with known true digestibility of amino acids will be evaluated in pigs (35-85 kg) with ileo-caecal bridge. At least eight variants of feed mixtures will be tested for evaluation of the additivity of digestibilitycoefficients of individual components as well as for evaluation of the coefficients for transposition of total amino acids requirements to the true digestible amino acids for pigs. The results will be verified in balance and field trials on growing pigs. The foundation for an amendment of the norm ""Nutrients requirements and nutritional vallue of feeds for pigs"" will be another result of the study. Optimal income of true digestible amino acids in dietcould improve the protein conversion and reduce the nitrogen excretion." (en)
