  • The results presentation of the lumbar spine loads analyses based on the complex lumbar spine mathematical model is the main project goal for XVIIth Congress of International Society of Biomechanics. We are analyzed internal forces on the L4/L5 motion segment level in this work. This analysis is indeterminate and has been solved by linear programming optimization method. Analysis of the mathematical model provide considerable quantitative information. This information concerns relationships between external loading forces and moments on the one hand and internal forces and moments, by which structural elements of the model respond to the loading, on the other hand. It can be assumed that this model is fully sufficient for direct clinical applications, including cases of patients with fixed thorax or lumbar spine in a corslet after an injury or after pathological changes. In these cases the lower part of the lumbar spine is extremely loaded. (en)
  • CÝlem projektu je aktivnÝ ˙Ŕast na XVII. Kongresu International Society of Biomechanics a prezentace vřsledk¨ analřzy matematickÚho modelu zatÝ×enÝ bedernÝ pßte°e. Prezentujeme vřsledky analřzy internÝch sil na ˙rovni obratlovÚho p°echodu L4/L5. Analřza modelu tuhÚho týla je p°eurŔenß a je °eÜena pomocÝ lineßrnÝho programovßnÝ. Analřza matematickÚho modelu poskytuje vřznamnÚ kvantitativnÝ informace třkajÝcÝ se vztah¨ mezi vnýjÜÝmi silami a momenty, kterÚ do struktury vstupujÝ a vnit°nÝmi silami a momenty, kterÚ poskytujÝ strukturnÝ elementy jako odezvu. Vřsledky ukazujÝ, ×e tento model m¨×e mÝt p°ÝmÚ uplatnýnÝ v klinickÚ praxi a to v p°Ýpadech, kdy mß pacient vlivem zranýnÝ, Ŕi patologie bedernÝ pßte°e fixovßnu hrudnÝ a bedernÝ pßte° v korzetu.
