| - Karasek collection represents one of the most unique Czech Fine Art collections from the first half of the 20th century. Since 1954 the collection has been the second largest inventory of the Museum of Czech Literature. Increased interest from researchers has called for an expert evaluation of the collection. The original cataloguing does not correspond with current professional findings. Therefore it is necessary to re-evaluate and amend data from the original cataloguing and to complete photo-documentation of the collection. Considering the large size of the collection, the complex has been divided into several periods. First the collection of drawings and paintings of 19th century was re-evaluated during 2000-2001, then collection of the turn of the 19th to the 20th century and the first half of the 20th century will be re-cataloguized. The result of the research task will be transcribed into PC, the list with special study as well as CD ROM will be made, chosen works of art will be restored. (en)
- Karáskova galerie představuje jednu z nejoriginálnějších českých sbírek 1. pol. 20. století. Od r.1954 je druhým největším fondem PNP. Zvýšený zájem badatelů vyžaduje odborné zhodnocení sbírky. Původní lístkový katalog neodpovídá současným odborným potřebám. Je nutno přehodnotit a doplnit údaje původní kartotéky a pořídit kompletní fotodokumentaci sbírky. Vzhledem k rozsáhlosti celé sbírky byla práce rozdělena do několika etap. V první části byla v l. 2000-2001 zpracována a zhodnocena sbírka kreseb a malby českého umění 19. stol., ve druhé části bude podrobně zpracována a zhodnocena sbírka českého umění přelomu 19. a 20. století a 1. poloviny 20. století (kresba, malba, grafika, plastika). Výsledky výzkumné práce budou přepsány na PC, bude zhotoven soupis s odbornou studií, CD ROM, u vybraných děl bude provedeno restaurování. (cs)
