  • Sledování Pyrenophora tritici-repentis v polním pokusu s umělou infekcí v podmínkách obou zemí. Testování izolátů Pyrenophora tritici-repentis z ČR i Maďarska ve skleníkových podmínkách. Testování nově získaných izolátů Mycospaerella graminicola v laboratorních podmínkách. Zjišťování fyziologických ras těchto izolátů. Testy na rezistenci různých odrůd pšenice k fuzarióze klasu při umělé infekci. (cs)
  • We would like to continue the cultivars test with Drechslera tritici-repentis in the field under artificial environment in both countries. 2.) We plan to test Hungarian and Czech Drechslera tritici-repentis and Mycosphaerella graminicola isolates in the greenhouse. 3.) We would like to develop the race analyses method. 4.) Testing the resistance of various wheat cultivars for resistance against several Fusarium isolates under artificial conditions. Application of two different infections (point inoculation and spraying). 5.) Population genetic analysis of Hungarian and Czech F. graminearum isolates. In the last decade, the F. graminearum species complex have been divided into 9 geographically separated phylogenetic species. We wish to examine the genetic variability of this species complex. (en)
