Description
| - Investigation of advanced austenitic steel BGA4 (23Cr-15Ni-6Mn-1.5W-2.5Cu-0.3V-0,5Nb-Mo,B,N) were started during COST 536 project solution. Austenitic steel BGA4 for boiler superheater tubes intended for regions where the metal temperature is in the interval of 620°C to 680°C. This application has higher requirements for adequate creep characteristics and corrosion resistance of the materials. Investigation of the new austenitic steel BGA4 developed by the British Corus company, focused on the creep properties is realised in SVÚM a.s. Prague. Main result of research will be evaluation of the strength limit during creep, creep limits and minimum creep rates performed on the basis of the long term creep tests at temperatures between 625°C and 725°C. These data are necessary for designer of advanced power plant. Important part of the research will be metallography. | - Na základě creepových zkoušek austenitické ocele BGA4 při teplotách 625-725°C byla vyhodnocena pevnost při tečení, mez tečení 1% a minimální rychlost tečení. Metalografické studium prokázalo změny ve struktuře, ke kterým dochází vlivem creepové expozice. (cs)
- Based on creep tests of austenitic steel BGA4 at temperature between 625 and 715°C creep rupture strength, strength for 1% creep strain and minimum creep rate were assessed. Metalgraphic study proved microstructural changes caused by creep exposure. (en)
