Description
  • Verification of possibility and effectivity of artificial bowel sphincter implantation by young patients, operated on for anorectal malformation in the childhood, which are incontinent and have a stoma. The priorities of the project represent implantation of ABS in young age,into the area operated before and scarred and in people with stoma,which never have been continent. Successful solution will enable to extent the treatment and to help patients. The proved possibility and effectivity of sphincter implantation by young patients operated on in the past will enable to precise indications for this solution of incontinence and will be the base to prepare guidelines for following care.   • Ověření možnosti a účinnosti implantace umělého svěrače anu mladistvým, kteří byli operováni pro kongenitální anorektální malformace, možnosti operační léčby jsou u nich vyčerpány, jsou inkontinentní a zůstali stomiky. Prioritami projektu je implantace v mladém věku, v dříve operovaném terénu a u stomiků, kteří dosud nikdy nedosáhli kontinence. Dosažení zmíněných cílů by umožnilo rozšířit možnosti léčby na úroveň zahraničních center a významně pomoci pacientům. Ověření možnosti a účinnosti implantace u mladistvých a v minulosti operovaných pacientů bude základem ke zpřesnění indikací tohoto řešení inkontinence a podkladem návrhů k další odborné péči. (cs)
