Description	To analyze the new German position in the EU and its role in the (further) European integration as well as the internal political conditions of German policy-making towards the EU. To reflect the current state and further development of the “Franco-German engine” of the European integration from the perspective indicated in the point 1). To define the likely scenarios of the further development and on that basis identify the advantages and disadvantages of the specified options for the Czech Republic. Based on the aforementioned analyses, to list the basic points of the further Czech diplomacy, especially in relation to Germany, and primarily with respect to the objective to ensure the most effective enforcement of the Czech long-term interests in the fields of foreign affairs and economy. (en) Analyzovat nové postavení Německa v EU a jeho roli v (další) evropské integraci a vnitropolitické podmínky tvorby německé politiky vůči EU Z perspektivy bodu 1) se zamyslet nad aktuálním stavem a dalším vývojem „německo-francouzského motoru“ evropské integrace Definovat pravděpodobné scénáře dalšího vývoje a na tomto základě identifikovat výhody a nevýhody konkrétních variant pro ČR Na základě výše uvedených rozborů narýsovat základní body dalšího postupu české diplomacie, zejména vůči Německu, a to především s ohledem na cíl zajistit co nejúčinnější prosazování dlouhodobých českých zahraničně-politických a ekonomických zájmů
