Description
  • The aim of this project is to investigate the effect of addition of nanoparticles on the improvement of tribological properties of PTFE-based composite coatings of sliding and rolling bearing parts. The increase of the wear resistance of the above-mentioned coatings will be achieved particularly by reinforcing them with suitable nanofillers. (en)

  • As the object of study a matrix based on epoxy resin was chosen. The matrix contained 20 wt%. PTFE - micropowder. Into the matrix were added carbon nanotubes in a concentration of 1 and 3 wt% as well as nanoparticles of ZnO, Mg(0H)2, AI203, SiC and montmorillonite in a concentration of 2.7 and 5.5 wt%. Testing of mechanical, coating and tribological properties of these composite coatings was made. (en)
  • Jako studovaný systém byla zvolena matrice na bázi epoxidové pryskyřice. Matrice obsahovala 20% hm. PTFE - mikroprášku. Do matrice byly přidávány uhlíkové nanotrubky o koncentraci 1 a 3% a dále nanočástice ZnO, Mg(0H)2, AI203, SiC a montmorillonitu o koncentraci 2,7 a 5,5 %. Byly prováděny zkoušky mechanických, lakařských a tribologických vlastností uvedených kompozitních povlaků. (cs)
