| Description
| - V předkládaném projektu budou řešeny otázky vztahů mezi strukturou a vlastnostmi polysacharidů mucinového typu a jejich syntetických derivátů. Budou připraveny antigeny T, Tn a sTn a jejich strukturní modifikace. Dále budou studovány mechanismy reakcí peptidů a aminokyselin s Pt(II) a Pd(II). Budou připraveny komplexy lanthanoidů s makrocyklickými ligandy a studována možnost využití těchto komplexů jako posuvových činidel v NMR. (cs)
- "One of the most rapidly advancing area of the biomedicinal research deals with study of relationship between chemical structure and biological activity. This research is currently facilitated by methods of modern structural analysis , mainly NMR and MS .In the framework of this project, we intend to pay an attention to following problems: I. Study of th mucine-type polysaccharides and their synthetic derivatives. Antigens of T, Tn and sTn will be synthesized on the polymeric resin. II. Study of mechanisms of Pt(II) and Pd(II) reactions with aminoacids and oligopeptides which is related to mechasism of action of ""cisplatinum"" III. Preparation and study of complexes of lanthanoides with macrocyclic ligands These comlexes may act as a shift reagents in the NMR spectroscopy or can be used in the study of biological materials."
