  • Projekt řeší komplexním způsobem problematiku páteřních onemocnění, a to především v případech, kdy léčba vyžaduje užití spinálních bioimplantátů. Podstatou projektu je stanovit objektivní hodnocení a úspěšnost dosud používaných implantátů a na základě výsledků základního výzkumu v oblasti biomechaniky páteřního systému (vnitřně vazivového a nervového aparátu) a v oblasti tkáňového inženýrství pak stanovit základní požadavky pro spinální implantáty zcela nového typu.   • This project tends to solve, in complexity, the problems of spinal diseases, being focused mainly to such cases the treatment of which requires spinal replacements to be implanted. The project aims to assess objective evaluations of implants which have been used so far and then, based on the basic research findings in the range of biomechanics of the spinal system (internal ligamentary and nervous systems) and in the range of the tissue engineering to assess basic requirements needed for the development of spinal implants of completely new types.
