  • *Cílem projektu je výzkum a vývoj nového, velmi komplexního typu dohledového systému správy provozu technických subsystémů a zařízení bytových domů s využitím vysoce pokrokových komunikačních technologií jak pro lokální tak pro vzdálenou komunikaci. Hlavní myšlenkou projektu je vytvořit elektronické prostředí, umožňující integrovat a automatizovat různé technické i administrativní služby, spojené s provozem domu. Důležitým prvkem je jak přímé snížení nákladů, tak snížení možných rizik při provozu a správě bytových domů. (cs)
  • *The aim of the project is a research and design of a new and complex system for supervising and management of the technological subsystems and devices installed in blocks of flats. The project is based on the most recent local and remote communication technologies. The main idea is to establish the electronic and communication environment for the integration and automation of various technical and administrative services related to the blocks of flats operation. The direct reduction of the operation costs and cut-down of the possible risks in the operation and management are the most important impacts of the implementation such a system onto the process of operation and management of blocks of flats.
